Anthony Holguin, Branch Manager

Anthony Holguin has led the San Antonio office of with GRAM Traffic Counting, Inc. with a vast array of field and operations knowledge and experience since 2007.

His experience includes, but is not limited to;

supervising and completing projects requiring field-data collections, site inspections, survey team preparation, training, scheduling and quality control throughout San Antonio and South Texas.

Through large-scale projects, he has developed additional experience in pre-planning of data collection, managing traffic control deployment and removal, coordinating license plate capture teams, as well as performing video and automated data collection.
