Randall Smith was hired part-time in 2002, to assist with manual turning movement counts and later earned a full-time position. He has gained a variety of field and office experience, while performing all aspects of numerous GRAM projects, as well as traveled throughout the United States conducting GRAM business. Randall demonstrates a safety-conscious mindset and possesses multiple craft skills, practicing professionalism and efficiency. Randall’s experience with some of GRAM’s most specialized projects including the IDLEAIRE project, the National Parks Project, and the TxDOT Travel Study Surveys, allow him to plan and execute each collection effort with a unique and project-specific attention to detail and proficiency.
